i did ramble on how screw up my presentation was when i can’t even speak up things i do everyday for the past three years. the presentation is one of the item in functinal component the candidates need to fulfill in order to pass PTK (Peperiksaan Tahap Kecekapan).
by accessing my bad on that day, i thought i may have to repeat that component and seat for repeat exam sometimes in Oktober.
Last week, i read few of friend’s status in FB mentioning about their result. ada yang lulus dan ada yang lulus bersyarat. Sebagai salah seorang candidate, i immediately checked result and felt such a great relief when i get B for both components.
i didn’t target my result would be both in A grade as the effort in preparing myself to seat for PTKI pretty much ‘effortless’. so when i got B with Aras III, i’m indeed grateful to Almighty Allah as i don’t need to repeat and go thru the same process again.
hooray!!!
a friend suggested me to resit both components in order to achieve A for both as pass with both A and sit under Aras IV will entitle me to have a little increment in paycheck.
but to a person who procrastinate a lot, i rejected the suggestion. i guess i’m complacent enough with that result. malasnya nak study-study macam zaman university dulu bila ada anak kecil yang tengah membuas neh. entahlah… maybe the next PTK i would try my best to achieve a CEMERLANG result. maybe…

Pagi ni… baru sat-sat…masa kami dok tunggu traffic light masuk ke Kem DTHO (Desa Tun Hussein Onn) menjadi hijau, hubby witnessed an accident happened between a motorist and school van. (aku nampak sipi-sipi jaa…)
it was clear and without a doubt the mistake is totally on van sekolah tu sebab traffic light dari Keramat ke Wangsa Maju was already red for quite sometimes dan masa tu adalah giliran pemandu dari arah setiawangsa ke Kem DTHO.
Things that make me ponder and wonder:

Kenapa van tu masih nak jalan sedangkan traffic light dah merah and there were about two to three motorcycles dah jalan depan dia?

How traumatized the children in that van when the collision happened right before their eyes.

The lady driver hit an army in front of the armed forces camp… Isn’t it ironic?

I think… (i think la kan) the lady driver tu nak terberak kot hence the rush that lead to the accident.

Aku kesian kat abang askar tu yang terpelanting atas jalan. Dekat-dekat nak raya ni ditimpa musibah yang dia tak jangka. Nasib baik la kereta or motor behind him tak laju. Kalau laju….?

Apalah nasib pemaandu van tu bila dikerumuni oleh geng-geng tentera yang tolong kawannya yang dah tercedera. Dah la salah dia tu jelas dan nyata.
Aku masih beristighfar… mohon dijauhkan dari sebarang musibah kepada kami anak beranak dan juga family sebelum atau selepas musim perayaan…

tatau la orang lain… i don’t know how to sedut hingus anak eventho i tried many times especially when idris was little.
before idris was born, i bought nasal aspirator from i-don’t-what-brand as to fulfill the checklist of baby items new parents need to buy. at first i was wondering whether it is really important to have one but since it was cheap (cost me less than RM10) and so i bought.
however, it didn’t work out the way i want it to be as it didn’t suck out the mucus that has been irritatingly blocked my baby’s nose. tahu sajalah baby… kalau hingus dah banyak it makes the breathing harder, tidur terganggu and baby gets cranky easily too.
jadi nak tak nak, i ask awop to play his role as a father which is to sedut hingus anak straight from his nose. i know it sounds gross but that is what my parents did when we were little.
luckily awop mastered the art of sucking baby’s nose quickly but the problem with this man-to-man treatment is – tak sampai hati pulak nak kejutkan dia in the middle of the night to do that routine plus, i feel it is a little unhygienic too. selain daripada tu, a friend once told me kalau tak kena cara sedut hidung anak, (sedut terlalu kuat) it can cause damage to baby’s nose sebab hidung baby ni structure kat dalamnya masih lembut.
oleh itu, dalam usaha menyelesaikan masalah hidung bayi tersumbat ni, my best friend suggested JAPLO nose cleaner which i can obtain from Guardian. (kat Watson and other drugstore/ pharmacy tak jual this brand). it is a bit pricey compared to the above (cost around 17.90 before less) but so far, this is the saviour to our baby’s blocked nose problem.
i think the pump/injap (yang bulat dan putih tu) is the special feature that differentiate this brand with other nasal aspirators. memang betul apa yang amy cakap JAPLO nose cleaner suck all the mucus in one go. habis semua masuk by just sekali picit kat bontot biru tu. it’s easy on our part too as idris suka kalau mucusnya di sedut using this nose cleaner rather than letting his father suck his nose directly.
now that idris is big already and understands simple instruction like “ok abang blow your nose like this… hesh!”, so whenever he is having a running nose, it isn’t hard for both of us to ask him flushing out his mucus.
the JAPLO nose cleaner is now kept in baby basket as we might need it for our baby number two.
